Customer: 2008 Cadillac Escalade EXT....

Customer: I haven't tried anything, as I wanted to look online and see what the problem might be. Looks like it might be the motor, but the tech said tap on the motor and see, but I don't even know where the motor is for the running board

Customer: It's both auto and manual, but I only use the automatic. 80,000
