Hello and welcome to JustAnswer! There are many things that can cause this warning to display but if you're also feeling reduced power then the problem is most likely engine related. The stability control system relies on the ability to request engine torque in a precise manner and when there is an issue that will prevent that then you'll see the warning along with the engine going into limp in. An electronic throttle control related issue is likely. The first step in diagnosing the problem will be to use a scan tool or code reader to see what fault codes are setting in the engine controller and ABS module, and electrical testing will most likely need to be done from that point.
