Hello, may I ask the reasoning the struts were replaced? Was the light on before you replaced them?

What is the year and model? Also, do you have a scan tool available to scan for suspension codes?

Try swapping the actuators from the right to left sides, clear the codes and see if the code comes back for the same side. If it comes back for the same side, check the wiring to the actuator, if wiring checks out OK, that strut was most likely damaged during installation. If the shaft on it spins at all during installation it can damage it. If the code follows the actuator to the other side than you have a faulty actuator.
