Ron did help me to get my heat down from 90 degrees to 73 by disconnecting my negative cable but I still can't control my heat up or down what is there left for me to try

temp-door actuator. if it did go from 90 to 73 there is a chance you can have them run a re-calibration with a tech 2 at the dealer but in all likelihood it will need an actuator. do you have dual zone HVAC? if so see if one side is working properly so we know which actuator to look at.
