Hello, my name is***** you for the question. This comes up often on this vehicle. Most of the time it is because the programming in the communication module locks up. Most of the time it can be reprogrammed to fix it. In other cases the module will not take the programming and will need to be replaced. I have had some cases where unhooking the battery and then hooking it back up will allow it to work again but this does not work too often. I hope this helps. please let me know if you need more help.
