If you lost control of everything fro the driver's door at once then the driver's door module is down.

Assuming fuses are good, the problem is either going to be the module itself or a wiring issue. A wiring issue is probably more likely than the module. You can either test it's powers and grounds first, or inspect the wiring in the most common area for breakage.

When you open the door you'll note a boot between the door and body. This is where the door harness runs to the main harness. This wiring flexes each time the door opens and close and can eventually break. If a power or ground to the door module has broken then it will cause what you're having.
