Check the fuse labeled DDM in the left rear fuse block. This is what supplies power to the driver's door module, which controls all of these functions.

If that doesn't reveal a problem, it's common to find broken wiring in the pass through between the body and door. Pull back the rubber bellows and inspect carefully, repair as necessary.

Your description of the problem suggests that the DDM is not powered up, and so none of the door functions work.
