is this a Bose system or not?

Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 year ago.

If it's not the Bose, do you have voltage at the Audio fuse in the rear fuse block all the time and if so, is there also voltage at pin f1 of the radio?

If it is a Bose, same pin at the radio but it's the NAV fuse. Is there voltage to it?

I have checked the fuses they are OK ! the system is not Bose, is there an in line fuse at the back of the unit that might have blown?Everything else electrical is working.
Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 year ago.

There may be a fuse back there. If you tell me what make, model number it is perhaps I can find out that info.

Now back as far as checking the fuse, it would be better to check the fuse for actual voltage and not just looking at it to see if it were blown.

We have checked the unit and there is only one live feed should there be more?

It is a 2004 Cadalac Deville DTS with gps is that enough info?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Do you need a chassis number and do we need a wiring diagram??
Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 year ago.

No, I meant the make/model of the radio itself.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
As per the 2004 Cadillac DeVille Owners Handbook page 3-101
Navigation/Radio System. standard factory fit with glove - Mounted CD Changer.
This should be sufficient for you to recognise?
Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 year ago.

No it is not. Can you just pull the radio and look?

Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 year ago.

Here is the wiring diagram but as you can see it is not showing any fuse on the back of the radio, but that doesn't mean there isn't one there.

Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 year ago.

If you merely just looked to see if the fuse was blown, I think you should go back and check it again except this time with a voltmeter or 12 volt test light. Then once you confirmed it does have voltage, on both sides of the fuse, then pull the radio and check again at that pin 11 and look for a fuse while you are at it.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
We have done that and there is no fuse!
Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 year ago.

Did you check for voltage at the audio fuse in the rear fuse block and again at pin 11 of the radio?
