Hello, my name is***** for the question. Most of the time this is caused by the battery or by a failing battery in the key fob if you have push button start. If the battery in the car has been charged and is good then I would either try another key or replace the battery in the FOB. The other common issue I have found is the ignition switch. I would check the other parts first before moving to the switch. Please let me know if you need more help.
