The fuse labeled RDO in the underhood fuse block is what supplies power to this system. There is also one ground circuit called G301. What I would do is remove the NAV unit and check for power and ground at the connector. If you have power and ground and it's not functioning, it's going to be a failed NAV unit. The wire colors at the connector are red/white for the power side, and black for the ground side, located at pins 1 and 8 respectively of the 14 pin black connector (4 connectors on the back side, make sure you select the correct one for testing).
