Cadillac Deville: I have a 2001 deville and when turning either

Hello, my name is Bobby. Thanks for the question. Most of the time this is due to a rack and pinion issue. Either the rack is failing internally or the rack bushings are worn out. This can also be caused by a binding ball joint. I would get the vehicle in the air and see if there are any loose or binding parts on the front end. If they are not then suspect the rack. I hope this helps. Let me know if you need more help.
