VerifiedHello, I am here to help with your water leak. This happens every time it rains correct?
99% of water leaks found on the 2010 SRX equipped with a Sunroof is caused by the front sunroof drain tubes have pulled loose from the forward cowl bulkhead. When this happens the water that enters the sunroof normally will exit and spill behind the dash and either exit out where on top of the carpet or worse under the carpet. The main issue is both forward tubes are slightly too short and will pop loose during normal heating/cooling expansion and contraction. There are new forward tubes available from GM to correct this.
