2004 cadillac esv blows cold air in back warm in front removed blend door actuator and moved door manually both directions gets very hot one way and warm the other position and rear a still blowing cold it has dual climate control for driver and passenger both blow warm and seems that the temp controls work on both sides any ideas thanks

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

You've verified that you don't have a blend door issue and if the rear blows as cold as it should then I believe you have a failed or restricted orifice tube. this is what regulates refrigerant flow into the front evaporator. The rear evaporator contains it's own right at the evaporator so if the front orifice tube fails then it will cause just an issue with the front. The orifice tube is in the line going to the evaporator.
