95 deville unplug ac low pressure switch
Welcome to JustAnswer, my name is XXXXX XXXXX I'm here to help get your problem resolved. What is the fuse location? I am only able to see locations such as A13 on diagrams instead of it being labeled 1. Let me know, thanks.

Eng compartment

I'm assuming your talking about fuse A3, here is a diagram to confirm. Let me know, thanks.

Thanks for info Willie. This fuse powers many things, the most common things to cause fuse to blow are instrument cluster and multifunction switch. You will need to disconnect everything on diagram one at a time until fuse stops blowing then replace that component. I would start with the transmission range sensor, if it blows with transmission range sensor/switch unplugged problem is cluster, airbag module, turn switch, or chime module...If it stops blowing when transmission range switch is unplugged problem is keyless entry module, headlight switch, stop switch, or trunk release relay. Here is a diagram to help with testing, let me know if you have any questions. Thanks.
