I made a oral agreement with the person that was a friend of mine what happened was I had a house in Lancaster she lives in Cal City we are we made a deal I trade her house my house for to her and we would buy house together is she make the investment during actual investment we had it for a year and then we ended up selling it and made a profit and heard I split $250,000 I had my share she got her share she was supposed to with her sure she was supposed to pay my loan off but I didn't agree to make up alone Carrie her Carrie Curran on my loan so anyway I had I was going to sell it cuz it was even are they having problems renting apartment having that so what what I did I was going to try to get a ride back there and when I did that she stopped making payments but she still living in the house she's at the ER die and not taking care of it and I might she said she was telling investor that I'm selling my house. It's only the House 2 I feel very much money and get my loan paid off he was going to go look at it today I'm BM mean fine I just paid a fine from the city of Lancaster California and he was telling me he was looking at it cuz he was going to try to have a gardener trim the hedges up and stuff so it doesn't there's no more fines going to be but anyway she's telling everybody that I stole $125,000 from her all the paperwork has both our names on it dash for paperwork has our names on it same this wasn't in my attention but as efficiencies after the didn't win the eviction she she stopped making the payments on the house and I let it go for about about four months a couple of months it would be a foreclosure with with the with the loan company and she would have to be and she got to move anyway and heard her telling me or her not paying the mortgage even though I did that to her she wasn't she wasn't the case you should have just continued what she was doing but anyway she I just wondering if since she's now using the word stolen can I be arrested for something like that … read more
