How much for an answer? CA. I worked 26 hours for Orbital
I worked 26 hours for Orbital ATK this week (today was my last day). As a PC Installer contracted with the GO2ITGROUP. My drug screen was not handled properly in my opinion. An M.R.O. is suppossed to review the positive result first. And give me a chance to explain the reason the drug is in my system. I lawfully take Valium as prescribed. The lab got a scan of the Valium bottle. But, the lab before contacting me. Sent an alert to Ms. Stonko of the GO2ITGROUP. Ms. Stonko, called me and asked me about my prescription Drug use? And that she received an alert from the Drug lab. I guess, I tested positive for Valium. I have A.D.D. and I am prescribed Adderall. I take the medication as prescribed. I guess the Drug alert was about the Valium? No company will employ me even temporarily through a contractor. If they know I take Adderall. The MR.O. is suppossed to make a determination. That the drug in my system is lawfully prescribed. Call my doctor if necessary. My Drug test before. When I worked for TEKsystems. At RADY Children's hospital for a week. After I sent a scan of my prescriptions. I called the M.R.O.'s office later. And the Lab official said "over-turned negative". And they indicated to me that they would contact TEKsystems. And that my Drug test was negative. This M.R.O. that I had for my 26 hour assignment with Orbital ATK. Sent a Drug alert to the H.R. person at GO2ITGroup before I had an opportunity. To explain the presence of the drug Valium in my system to the M.R.O. I do not want this to happen again. I have read the role of the M.R.O. (M.D. or D.O) on the internet. He or she reviews Drug testing results before sending any results to a company that wants to hire me for a project. I feel my credability was damaged. And proper drug testing result procedures were not followed. What can I do in the future to not have this happen again?… read more
