Customer Question

We are a small staffing agency. One of our big client wants to audit us. They are asking for all the communication we had with the people we placed at their location. This includes the conversation/negotiation/notes about the pay rate etc.

Can we allow them to look at this communication? Would we have any confidentiality issues with people we had this conversations with, if we disclose it to our client, since they are asking us to provide?

Yes, you can allow them to look at this communication. There is a substantially diminished expectation of privacy in the workplace, so you would not have any confidential or privacy issues with people your company had conversations with.
