thank you. we have been doing those things for the past six months . his dr. has documented it, he has had chest pains, other cardio episodes that are stress induced, nothing cardiac shown, insomnia, so now on meds for that and depression. many memos to HR. his jr. counter part is about to go out on stress leave. he's taken stress days for the first time in his long career. i guess thats a good start? right?

Yes, that is a very good start. The next step would be to apply for workers' compensation benefits for the injury if he needs to go on stress leave due to the cardiac episodes and insomnia he's experiencing.

Normally, if he is experieicning chest pains and other cardiac episodes that are not releated to cardiac problems, they are probably due to anxiety and stress.
