i worked at a bay area hospital where i happened to notice

Customer Question

i worked at a bay area hospital where i happened to notice that they were not hiring white nursing assistants i had worked at this hospital and quit out of frustration and medical reasons i stated to this one black female nurse about what i observed she threatened to sue me for discrimination. the numbers speak for themselves. there may be one white nursing assistant there now. if they were all white and not black i am sure uproar among the black nurses would have reached high levels. i worked there 12 years. this may not be deliberate but it is a problem that their not addressing. its unfair its not balanced remember when they would recruit black nurses from all over just to keep the numbers balanced their not doing this with whites. this is discrimination because its not balanced
