I have two jobs, one is full time and one is part time, on

Resolved Question:

I have two jobs, one is full time and one is part time, on call. If i quit my full time job and just work my part time job, can i file for unemployment if the part time job lays me off for the winter season?

You would be able to file for unemployment based on the part time salary if you are laid off. But you will not be able to collect based on your full time salary
