Business partners filed a ludicrous claim with Baltimore County District Court and I have to respond within 30 days and I don't really know how to file my response/motion

You need to file a notice of intention to defend. Here is a link that provides guidance on what you need to do to respond. If the lawsuit is against the company also, and it is less than $5,000 you should be able to represent the company as an officer. You will also have to file an answer on behalf of the company. If it is more than $5,000 you may need to get an attorney as if the case is in Circuit Court.
