Customer Question

Hi,
I had my daughter in daycare for four years and when I signed her up the director of the center gave me a discount and now the daycare is trying to charge me double. My daughter has 6 more months before she starts Georgia Pre-K can they legally charge me double the rate when daycare centers make deals with parents all the time.
