When I sign up I did not know this would be auto renewal. Is there a way I get out of this?
"the term of this Agreement is for a period of one (1) year commencing as of the date of full execution of this Agreement (the "Term) shall automatically renew for a successive one (1) year term unless terminated by the Merchant by providing the Company with no more than ninety (90) and no less than thirty (30) days prior written notice of its intent not to renew this Agreement at the end of its then current term."
