owner of a sole proprietorship llc wishes too gift llc to nephew, no sale. Complete transfer. In New Jersey. what documents are needed.

All you have to do is put the assignment of your membership interest in the LLC to your nephew into written form. You should sign it, have it witnessed and or notarized, plus have your nephew sign it as accepting the assignment. Thank you very much for using just answer THAT.
