I am a large seller on amazon, one product that i sell 600

Customer Question

i am a large seller on amazon, one product that i sell 600 of a month a few months ago a new sellervinserted themselves as the Brand owner, and amazon says i no longer can sell the product without the brand owners approval. it is some joker, not a manufacturerwe have been selling this product on amazon since 2014, the person that took over the listing has not even been selling on amazon for as long, there is no way they could own this brand-i would say i have lost $16,000 in revenue while amazon is working this out, so far-possible i could go after this person/company, (not amazon) for my lost revenue,
