Can my landlord change the date of a move-in after I've signed my lease? It takes affect tomorrow and wanted to know wether or not to be worried
JA: Because laws vary from place to place, can you tell me what state the property is in?

Can you tell me what, if anything, does your lease say about this? It it covered at all?

It doesn't say anything about date changes.

Then the landlord is required to honor the lease. They can not, unilaterally, change the terms.

If they do? They are in "breach" of the contract and you could sue them for any damages you suffer.
