Customer Question

I have a growing company. The company has 4 brick and mortar stores located about 60 miles apart throughout the state. All four locations are formed under one S-Corp. I am getting ready to open 2 more locations. Should I start to break them up into their own companies, instead of continuing to put them under one corporation?

This is really your call. You can still keep them under one umbrella or start to separate them. It does not make that much of a difference since they would still be an S-Corp.
