Good morning. I am Loren, a Florida licensed attorney, and I look forward to assisting you.

Your dispute is actually based in breach. The dentist and you agreed on a certain product and the dentist switched it out without your consent. In other words, the agreement was unilaterally modified, which is a breach of contract.

The oral agreement, itself, is completely enforceable. You are contracting for the medical/dental service. Those are not covered under the S of F.

Breach of contract is the much stronger argument.
