Dissolution of partnership. Giving property to the other

Customer Question

Dissolution of partnership. Giving property to the other partner except ideas we developed together. How do write something into the dissolution agreement that any ideas, concepts, product plans, potential projects, etc. are jointly owned by the former
partners after it's dissolved. I don't want to have exposure for any ideas we brainstormed together that he could come back and sue me for. The partnership has not had any income - XXXXX
