Your question is very specific. There are not many attorneys that work on reverse mergers. Also, reviewing a contract takes some expertise in it. I worked on reverse mergers as a litigator when something would go wrong usually because lack of due diligence. And have performed due diligence for clients. As a courtesy, I can review the contract as an additional service to see if there are any red flags. It could take some time to review. I can send you an additional service offer. But quite frankly, if you believe you are buying or selling a shell corp., you should hire your own attorney to handle the legalities of it. You can't go cheap on it.
