Hello, If I am making an internet product or project with copyrighted materials while someone plagiarizes my ideas and makes a similar product with similar principles, can I sue him? How? Would you like to provide me with some sources for some documents
for suing if possible? Thanks!

While you are ultimately going to be best served by hiring an Intellectual Property Law firm or attorney, the US Copyright Office has a very helpful 'flow chart' of enforcement strategies that you can use (as well as resources for you to use) in enforcing your copyright.See: http://copyright.gov/help/faq/faq-infringement.htmlIf you do choose to hire an attorney, You can find local attorneys using the State and local Bar Association directories, or private directories such as www.AVVO.com; www.FindLaw.com; or www.Martindale.com (I personally find www.AVVO.com to be the most user friendly).
