I received an email stating I was being served court papers due to a payday loan . the company is ACS INC they will not give me any information

If they will not give any information then ignore them. Legitimate collection agencies just sue. They do not send a letter or call to say you are about to be served.
Not providing information on the debt is a violation of federal law.
