Hi! My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you!
Can you clarify this for me a bit? Is the owner of the LLC agreeable to the lien? And, what specifically are you intending by a "common law" lien? Are you looking for something more than a Security Agreement and UCC-1? Thanks.

I understand perfectly what common law means. I graduated in the top 3 students in my law school class and was a member of the law review. I've now been practicing law for 35 years. I was simply and politely asking for additional clarification to make sure we were on the same page. But, I will be happy to opt out of your question to allow other experts to assist you. Please do not respond to this post as it will only slow the process of such an expert picking up your question. Take care.
