We have an invoice to A company the goods

Hi, we have an invoice to A company for purchasing the goods ...goods were never received . Then we have an invoice to B company for sale of those goods ...the payment was never received. This was only because we were investors and my debtor "C" was operationg from my company and is not paying us. Question is ...can I sue company A and B or C ?
