You are going to have to file civil suit against her where she is located I am afraid in order to get a court judgment against her company before you can take any action. You need to find out where she is incorporated, because that is where you will have to sue her in order to get personal jurisdiction
over the company and then be able to seek a judgment lien against the vehicle for the non-payment.
