We need help finding a attorney that can help us put together

This answer was rated:

We need help finding a attorney that can help us put together two agreements. First agreement will be between a marketing company and a real estate agent or broker, and the second agreement will be between a marketing company and a loan originator or loan broker.
Both agreements will focus on the role of the marketing company as a customer acquisition/lead originator entity and the financial compensation from either the real estate agent (or their Broker) or the loan officer (or their PLM).
Thank you

In addition there is and Both sites rate and rank lawyers based on client and peer review.

Keep in mind the following when choosing a lawyer:

1. Ask trusted business contacts and others in your network circle for names of lawyers;

2 Inquire with the Utah State Bar to determine if the lawyer is in good standing and if the lawyer has had any disciplinary action;

3. Interview a few attorneys to determine which one you are most comfortable with;

4. Ask if they have experience in drafting the type of documents to facilitate the type of transaction you are involved in.

I hope this helps and best of luck in your venture.

All my best & encouragement.
