What do you do with a contratctor who wants to overcharge

Customer Question

What do you do with a contratctor who wants to overcharge a sub-contractor 82,000 for 1 week of back charges- 1 Week!!!... to make up for his 2 million dollar loses.
The contractor is being to picky about work as well... sidewalk is off by mm's-they are being ridiculous.
The contractor has been delaying me the whole job thru (they've been slow at their work); I have loses there myself. They want me there waiting around despite no work available..I've done this to cooperate & help them out...you'd think there's be some appreciation there...
They've kept pushing me do their work-so I've requested a liablility waiver-which they've refused-so I've never done more than what's in my contract.
I can say I've seen this coming-this is the way contractors work- to rip off the subcontractors.
I have/had (I've currently stopped work) a contract with them... urgent matter

Are they all nitpicky things or are there some valid ones?
