Can I incorporate a company (LLC) in the USA and use this company

Customer Question

Can I incorporate a company (LLC) in the USA and use this company to represent me to work on projects while I am in a foreign country. For example, live in the Caribbean while working for a host travel agent company using my American LLC to represent myself.

Hello, I will be assisting you. Let me review the question

TheLegalistEsq :

The answer is Yes. A foreign individual can incorporate in the US and work for the US entity while the individual is outside the US. You can use an incorporation service such as myUSACorporation.com or have an attorney help you to set it up.

Does that give me any legal status?

Customer :

hello?

TheLegalistEsq :

Being an owner of a US company does not give you any legal status in the US.
