I own a logging company and my 2 most previous jobs I have

Customer Question

I own a logging company and my 2 most previous jobs I have had the landowners back out of an irrevocable contract approximately 3 weeks apart(nieghboring properties).I involved several of my resources, spent thousands in permitts and forester to permitt these jobs appropriately. One owner says "precarious liability"because I while doing road maintinance apparently cut over a line by a couple trees and onto a nieghboring property which I was ready and willing to make right($200 mistake worst case). My insurance is for this purpose as well and is the reason I had to list this owner as an additional insured. I have a disgruntaled subcontractor aiding these landowners in their decision makeing. I have a felony past is I guess is whats being magnified among them
