Where the minutes of Corporation have to be registered, only

Resolved Question:

Where the minutes of Corporation have to be registered, only in the company, no needs outside, such as State.

For a LLC, do you need to have General Assembly every year too?

The minutes of the corporation are normally kept in the Minute Book of the corporation. There is no requirement to be recorded anywhere else. California law requires corporations, limited liability companies and common interest development associations to update the records of the California Secretary of State on an annual or biennial basis.
