This answer was rated:

what besides the 180 fee to set up a LLc are the ongoing expenses for a llc with no employees or income--just expenses at this point in a real estate business?
Hello. There is generally an annual report that must be filed with the state and the associated fee. Other than that, there are the expenses related to paying accountants to do tax returns.

What is the cost of the annual report fee and when is it due? Can you file with the state unlimited numbers of llc's?
Annual renewal is $69. Limited Liability Companies renew annually. Business Licensing Service will send a renewal notice to the licensees' registered agents approximately 45 days before their license expires. It's the licensee's responsibility to renew on time, whether they receive the renewal form or not. There does not appear to be a limit to the number of LLC's that can be filed.
