We are doing an indoor market renting space to individual vendors seeking to sell their items.

No. It is and indoor marketplace in a commercial buildingand each individual space we want to rent out is 10x30 feet and we have approximately 50 spaces. They are not kiosk

Is it a large common area with stalls or is each space enclosed with its own utilities?

It is a 70,000 sq foot building with common area with 5-6 ft partitions between each vendor space. The space is not fullly enclosed and basic electricity is included with each space. (1 electrical outlet)
