Does a LLC need to be a named party in a lawsuit filed by one member against another for breach of fiduciary duty for dissolution to occurr. Does dissolution need to be a cause of action for the judge to rule for dissolution at the end of a civil case involving breach of fiduciary duty in a LLC?
