I had registered one company in New york since 2002 have good

Resolved Question:

I had registered one company in New york since 2002 have good credit history, I formed an other company in 2009 on same address , I want to do business on new company name
if i merge both companies or my new company purchases previous company ,will I get the previous company credit for new company as well.?

No, as both companies would have to have separate EIN (Employer Identification Numbers) so you would have to re-establish credit for the new company.
