i have a corporation that has failed a large corporation has filed a default judgement against the corporation for something that they have taken back, sold and broke even with. not to mention they probably have written it off as a loss. i filed personal bancruptcy a couple of years ago and they were mentioned in the bancruptcy for the personal side. is this something that i should be concerned with? what are the implications against me personally?
What specifically do you want to know and accomplish?
