Ten days after the owner gets the notice of pre-lien/intent to lien is the minimum time period. C.R.S.§38-22-109(11). Make it ten business days and no one can complain.

Bonus answer, just in case it helps: It's a good idea to routinely record the lien immediately upon finishing all work (including punch list) if there is anything left unpaid.
