Can a paralegal/legal assistant own an office without being a certified paralegal?
It cannot really offer legal services at all without a lawyer since it would be unauthorized practice of law.
Customer: replied 8 years ago.
What if this paralegal office would be affiliated with an attorney or a law firm and all of the work done would be overlooked by attorney(s)
