as a follow up question re I signed an exclusive contract

Customer Question

as a follow up question re: I signed an exclusive contract with one agent but bought a different house from a different agent; the first agent lost the paper that has my signature agreeing to her being my exclusive agent . If I refuse to sign another copy of that agreement, am I still liable to her since she won't have a signed copy of the agreement . also what are the chances of her finding out about my other deal.

The contract you signed was that she would act as an exclusive buyer's real estate agent?
