I bought furniture from Ashley Furniture @ 5 22PM yesterday.

Resolved Question:

I bought furniture from Ashley Furniture @ 5:22PM yesterday. I called and told them I wish to terminate my order. They said All Sales are Final.   Do I have recourse under UCC or Indiana State law to terminate the contract? I have not received any goods nor are they in the possession of Ashley, they are a merchant.

Unless there is a defect or a return policy in place, I am afraid you do not.

Thanks I thought there may be a statute for protection but this a case of caveat emptor and I am stuck.
