Resolved Question:

I am wonting to inter into an agreement with a company manufacturing in South Africa, and I will be the exclusive distributor in the US. Naturaly we both wont Jurisdiction. Who would be nutral for arbitration. WTO?

You do not choose a neutral place for the arbitration. The arbitrator is supposed to be neutral no matter where he is. Choose either your state of business, or South Africa. I strongly suggest you choose your state of business. You are at an advantage in this situation if they are shipping without being paid. They are at an advantage if they do not ship without being paid.

The WTO only arbitrates disputes between countries.
